Darla Karimushan

As the co-owner of Karsen, Darla is involved in the entire home renovation process. From picking finishes to demoing rooms, she is right beside Ian working. In addition to Karsen, Darla also has a passion for refurbishing furniture. She owned Reflections of Sugar Hill in Philipsburg, and currently retail spaces across Virginia where she stocks restored and refinished furniture, decor, and paint. Darla has always loved old homes and restoring them to their natural beauty brings her great joy! 

Ian Senior

As a general contractor and co-owner of Karsen, Ian uses the skills he learned in school everyday. He is a 2010 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he majored in Residential Construction and Carpentry. Prior to owning Karsen, Ian opened his own construction company in 2014. He specializes in home remodels and custom furniture builds. 

Stacy Senior

Stacy is a vital member of our team. As Ian’s wife, she naturally has a great eye for style and serves as a sounding board for different ideas the team comes up with. Stacy curates items for Made For Home and also assists with blog posts.

Aneesa Karimushan

Aneesa has always had the desire to join Karsen full time and enjoys helping with all aspects of the process. From demoing rooms to staging, she loves it all. Aneesa is in charge of Karsen’s social media, maintains the website, and runs the Made For Home Division of Karsen.
